McDonald's Vasco da Gama — Restaurant in Lisbon

Terrible, we used the order system, ordered a water, a Fanta, a bacon burger, 10 nuggets and a chicken burger, we were handed a bacon burger, chips and a coke, the lady did not ring up the order properly, we were told that's what you ordered, so we did not get what was ordered, so we decided to make do, the chips tasted like they were 3 days old, the burger bun was stale, will never recommend to anyone or ever eat at this McDonald's again terrible service and don't care...

Ordered burger and fries. I was waiting like everyone else, and watching every order being fulfilled except mine. Eventually I looked at the other side of the balcony and my burger was there, laying around by himself stil waiting for the fries... Mind you, I ordered small fries... And that's when I notice that they were only fulfilling large fries ... Eventually they were kind enough to get me the small fries... However, when they FINALLY got me the tray, the burger was...

I have been all around world and always found myself in MCD however this was the worst experience yet. It made me so mad that I had to write my first ever review. I had to wait 15m for a single sauce because no one was able to humanly talk with me that something is wrong. Stuff is overly busy, rude and inexperienced. I do not recommend this place to anyone but than again who reads review of McDonald’s but please...
