We booked a table. Upon arrival were met with no one at the entrance and as carefree people we did not mind. At a 5 start establishment I was not expecting to be left waiting for 30 mins for anyone to ask if we wanted water or needed anything, after the 30 mins I went to the bar and a waiter spawned and took my order while I stood between tables. Bartender was visibly unaware, he was leaning on the counter and on his phone. The drinks were good and came quick, we did not stay and snack as we had a 1hr slot. Overall it did not phase me, weather was nice and I looked good so I went and explored the city. Great company makes your day. We then had to wave for 2-3 minutes steadily after finishing our drinks and no one even looking our way to pay, the waiter who then said “good afternoon” whilst not stopping by us was yet another one to “help” us. He also did not pay us any mind, he passed by to another table, cleaned it while talking to my partner who mentioned he wanted the bill and then we were finally...

When the bar's management is more interested in fulfilling quota on diversity hires, rather than employing people who know how to make their guests comfortable and welcome, you get a lot of one star reviews (and more to come without a doubt). I appeared with three family members and four friends, and we asked to sit outside, but the waiter told us everything was reserved. This was at 17h, while only one couple was sitting on the terrace, with clearly all other tables empty. I asked the waiter when are the people with reservations supposed to come, and he said the earliest was at 18:30h, to which I suggested we could sit outside regardless, have drinks while enjoying the view and make sure to leave in less than an hour, but he was not cooperative and did not wish to accommodate us (nor help the establishment earn money, obviously).
