Pizza à Fatia — Restaurant in Lisbon

I worked nearby and often went to get pizza there, but since a new waiter was hired a few months ago, after a couple of negative experiences I stopped going. I then spoke to my colleagues and friends who frequented the restaurant and they all confirmed that they had had similar experiences with the same waiter. I'm talking about a chubby men, probably from Pakistan, and whose about 30 years old, if I am not wrong, bald or with little hair on his head. What happened to me was that he invented that the previous weel I had left without paying and I still had a balance of 7 euros to pay, first of all the previous week I was in sick leave and plus this is impossible since I am extremely precise with my payments and also only take the 4 euro combo, never, ever paid 7 euros there. The same thing happened to two of my colleagues, the funniest thing is that one of them was there for the first time LOL, lastly another thing happened to my boss, this same guy gaved a much lower change than he should have (about 8 euro difference) to her, my boss's break was over so in her hurry she didn't check, when she realized it she came back, but this same waiter refused to give her her back, denying what had happened. Truly disgusting behavior! I will never set foot...

I barely give 1 star reviews but how this place has degraded doesn’t deserve anything better than that. I used to come here regularly on Monday’s for lahmacun and the guy at the counter was always very nice and with a smile. Unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore it seems. Now each time i come here asking for the same, i get the reply “we have sold them all, come back next week” and delusional me does that only for getting the same kind of rude response. The guys who work there now seem to not care at all and even make fun of me and my friends (not to mention the fact that their level of Portuguese and English could be improved). It’s just disappointing that monday after monday I get a no. For sure i will never bother to come...

Recentemente, tive o prazer de visitar a pizzaria "A Fatia" em Lisboa, e devo dizer que foi uma experiência absolutamente maravilhosa. Desde o momento em que entrei no restaurante, fui recebido com um sorriso acolhedor e um ambiente descontraído que me fez sentir imediatamente à vontade. O atendimento foi impecável, com funcionários atenciosos e sempre prontos para ajudar com qualquer pedido ou dúvida.

A pizza que experimentei foi simplesmente sensacional. Pedi uma pizza de pepperoni, e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade dos ingredientes. A massa era fina e crocante, assada na perfeição, e o molho de tomate tinha um sabor rico e equilibrado. O pepperoni era fresco e saboroso, com a quantidade certa de tempero para complementar o queijo derretido e borbulhante. Cada mordida era uma explosão de sabores que me deixou querendo mais.

O que realmente diferencia a "A Fatia" é a atenção aos detalhes. A apresentação da pizza era impecável, e o tamanho das fatias era generoso, perfeito para compartilhar ou saborear sozinho. Além disso, a carta de vinhos e bebidas oferecia uma variedade de opções que complementavam perfeitamente a refeição. Experimentei um vinho tinto da casa que harmonizou perfeitamente com a pizza.

O ambiente do restaurante também merece destaque. A decoração era moderna e aconchegante, com uma iluminação suave que criava uma atmosfera acolhedora. A música de fundo era agradável e não invadia as conversas, permitindo que eu aproveitasse a companhia dos meus amigos enquanto desfrutava da deliciosa pizza.
