Restaurante da Mesquita Central de Lisboa — Restaurant in Lisbon

We went there for dinner but weren't sure the restaurant opens. But internet showed it open untill 22:00. It's close to hotel area. So, if you happen to be staying near the area, gave a try. Some photo show 8.5 EURO set meals and I thought it was for lunch only but to our surprise, they were also for dinner, too. If you like middle East to Indian food, it's the place for you. They asked us if we want spicy and we said extremely spicy but it turned out to be not spicy at all. But after all it's islamiIfoods. So, it foesndohave to be spicy. It was jamuJanand the restaurant has no door (open to public). So, it was cold. The restaurant is originally for fastival or ceremony and there must have been 100-200 seats. But at that night we were the only customers. Food was fantastic. The service really good. But if you are not familiar with iskaIslfoods, it may not for you. Some people the restaurant was vegetarian but it's not so. They do have vegetarian foods but the do have also plenty of meat...

I had a very disappointing experience with the food. The vegetables served were old and spoiled, which made them inedible. The beef portion was extremely small—just four tiny pieces. The pakora and rice were reheated in a microwave oven, which left them lacking freshness and flavor. For a meal that cost €10, the quality was far below expectations. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I cannot recommend this...

You can eat in a cafeteria-like atmosphere, but the doors are open and it is cold with outside wind (end of November).
