First of all, the Tablecloths are dirty. They just put on white paper to cover them.

I’ve visited many times, and the Tablecloths were not changed. Disgusting really.

Seen tiny cockroaches running around the bar, and in the toilet. 😬

Also, we've seen Mice running under the tables.🥺

I wonder what’s happening in the kitchen🤔

Now, My experience with the food.

No Burger Sauce or Pickles in beef burgers😮, only garlic & herb sauce . a Beef Burger isn't complete without burger sauce and pickles 💀. Strange 🤔 Terrible tasteless beef burger!!

Even in Chicken Burgers used garlic & herb sauce . Unless the customer requested , you put Mayonnaise and Lettuce on Chicken Burger .

Who Puts Cucumber in burger !! Use Lettuce for the burgers . Not Green Leafs !!

No Ketchup, Mayonnaise or Hot Sauce on the Manu . and If you ask for ketchup , mayonnaise or Hot sauce You'll get sorry , it's run out ! only Garlic Mayo, and Garlic & Herb sauce 😮.

Chopped green and red peppers on Oily Steaks , No Cracked black pepper 💀.

Fried Chicken tastes like year old💀 (they are readymade frozen ☠️)

Bottom Line: From what I've experienced from eating here for a few days is that They don't like to be asked too many questions about the items on the menu ! as a business owner myself i can tell you that the reason they don't like to be asked too much is because they don't have much experience about Steaks , Burgers and many ingredients on the menu ! ( they don't even know what gerkin pickle is !! or pickled cucumber !! ) They just do it anyway !! And the reason they don't want to give extra sauces and stuff is because they don't like to wash those tiny dishes !! There's only 2 of them working full time !!

and if you're an experienced Streak , Burger or Fried Chicken eater , you'll definitely not enjoy eating here . as i mentioned earlier , " they just do it anyway " !

A Huge Upgrade is needed here . As i said if you are experienced you'll not like...

I tried the Chicken Steak with Salad. Whole BBQ Fish with Roasted Potatoes and Salad. Delicious chicken and Fish, Very Flavourful. Salad was amazingly tasty, with the tangy green sauce.

Beef Steak was very tough & chewy, and needs more flavour. and there should be salt & pepper on the table!

Also, Options for different types of sauce should be on the menu, like, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Burger Sauce, and Hot Sauce, etc.

As a Burger Maker myself, Here is my honest review on burgers: Not your usual Burgers!

Beef Burgers: No cheddar cheese, No lettuce, No burger sauce, No pickle. Sesame seeds and Nigella seeds on the bun! (Lettuce isn’t necessary for beef burger. Here chopped green leafs was used. Doesn’t make sense. however, Quality beef, Caramelised onions, Cheddar cheese, Burger Sauce and Pickles are the foundation for a great tasting beef burger. and, Nigella seeds on the bun just ruins the whole burger experience)

Chicken Burgers: Again, No real cheddar, No mayonnaise, No lettuce, instead, chopped green leaf was used, and the Bun was same as above! (Lettuce, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and sesame bun are must for a Proper chicken burger)

The waiters and staff were all extremely nice and welcoming couldn't ask for a better client treatment. HOWEVER, as we were rather there to EAT we kinda didn't. Let me break this down. We had a b-con burger and a doner kebab roll. As for the burger, the meat was obviously tasteless, the burger was too saucy and without the slightest taste of meat, it seemed like i was eating plastic. Now, i understand that budget-wise the restaurant is top BUT price should not, in any case, overun quality.

As for the roll, horrible as simple as that. The same issue as the burger, very very low quality to the point that it tasted bad. The point is for the restaurant to be aware of the experience we had and live up to its google rating.
