The one star is for the great music playlist that was on, and the courtesy of the staff.
A far sad cry from an Artisanal burger.
We got there just at opening time on the 10th of January 2025. Ordered through the app, easy process.
I ordered the veggie burger with the “chicken schnitzel” patty in soy, it was soggy instead of crispy, there was no cheese, the bread was cold and lacked salt. The mix of ingredients doesn’t work, the patty was flavorless and rather small. See pics for reference.
After I finished my burger I was asked if I liked it and I was sincere, when she asked my partner he said it was alright. He thought it be too much to say.
His thoughts on the burger: He had the ranger, very small burger and minimum amount of ingredients in the burger, counted two slices of jalapeños. He said he would have been more satisfied with McDonalds, not only because the taste would be better but also because he knows what he would be getting, don’t say it is gourmet if it is not. You are creating expectations that apparently cannot be fulfilled, not even close.
After we gave our opinion we were told it is hard to keep the balance in the cost of the ingredients, sounded as an excuse for the quality.
All in all it seams that the restaurant is struggling with quality of the product and they keep trying to cut the wrong corners. Sounds demoralizing for the staff as they have to serve and defend a subpar product.
We will not be returning.

Read moreI recently stopped by The Club Burger Bistro in Lisbon and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy vibe and high-quality food. Tucked away in a quiet corner near Avenida da Liberdade, this place strikes a perfect balance between casual and stylish, with friendly service and a modern, comfortable interior. The burgers are clearly the stars of the menu, and the "Club Burger" with aged cheddar, caramelized onions, and smoky bacon is hands-down the most popular and satisfying option—juicy, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. I’d definitely recommend pairing it with their homemade fries and a cold craft beer, like the Portuguese IPA they usually have on tap, which cuts perfectly through the richness of the burger. Prices are mid-range and totally reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. While there’s usually a bit of a wait during peak hours, it’s a good sign of how loved this spot is by locals and travelers alike. It’s not a fancy place, but it delivers flavor, comfort, and consistency, making it a go-to if you're craving a great burger...
Read moreWent there to have a quick lunch and continue with my birthday plans. We sat outside and suddenly felt the smell of something dead rotting. The waiter was well aware of that, as it turned out. Switching tables didn’t help so we asked if we could go inside. Sat and waited for an hour for two burgers, they never arrived, and we decided to leave. On the way out we were lectured on how we don’t understand how the orders work and how they are done in the kitchen (apparently this was supposed to humble us or whatever) and that we have to wait 10 more mins. Sure - not only they overload their kitchen of 2 people having a huge table which fits around 10 people, 2 tables of 4 and yet another huge table outside, they arrogantly dismiss the notion that they wasted an hour of your time.. and lecture you instead of apologizing for being a dumpster fire of a management. Awful. The waiter was the only one doing his job...
