Isekai — Restaurant in Ponta Delgada

This place has 2 sections, the entrance, which makes bubble tea (it was really good!!!) but sadly the food leaves a lot to be desired...

We asked for takoyaki and ramen.

The takoyaki had a hard shell and a cold octopus bit inside, which tells me it's store bought or pre-made.

The ramen had my meat all clumped and uncooked, but thankfully they re-did it and the second time it was properly cooked.

But even after getting the properly cooked ramen the taste was still disappointing. The broth was underwhelming, and tasted like regular pig fats.

Overall, fun place to bring friends, but not for the food, for the vibes. But expect expensive...

Firstly, I would like to say I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. The waitress is very rude. When asked “ may I see a drink menu” she responded. “This is NOT a bar” with attitude. We then waiting for a food menu which then I had to ask for. Unbelievable!!! She hands over an Ipad with attitude. I ordered the pork Ramon which was the worst Ramen I ever had in my entire life. The pork the Grounded no flavor. Please don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. As you can see with the picture attached, I couldn’t even get halfway. I won’t be coming back. No tip was...

It's definitely worth to have lunch or dinner here even you don't know Naruto & Co :) Great food & atmosphere, friendly staff. The decoration is even cooler than the pictures I've seen on the internet! Order system with iPad is great because you have enough time to choose and see pics of the food. We've chosen Gyoza, some sort of sushi & sashimi and the chicken ramen. All delicious. Ramen could be a bit more umami. Prices are okay for what you get. Expect some families here with kids, but it's really okay as it is spacious enough...
