The employees were quite unprofessional:
I ordered an Americano but wasn’t informed there were different sizes because I was neither offered a menu nor asked what size I wanted. The employee proceeded to charge me a large one. This was odd, as usually, if someone orders without specifying a size, they are given a small by default. Perhaps next time, they could ask?
I’m also fairly certain they talked shit about me after I asked for ice. I heard it and understood what they said. Also, one of the female employees said, “You know we have iced Americano,” in a noticeably salty tone. Careful—customers have ears and translation apps nowadays. Maybe don’t work at a cafe if you can’t handle bare minimum customer service?
The Nata was extremely cold, which was quite disappointing.
