Ravioli Boavista Pizzaria — Restaurant in Porto

I knew I was not getting the best dish by going for the menu of the day, but this was just too bad. This risotto was bland and made with definitely not risotto rice. Before it I had ordered another dish, a tuna pasta that was completely missing the tuna and the flavour itself, but clearly I ended up not getting something better... The service was great though! We have eaten at this restaurant twice now. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The service was quite enjoyable in that both the evening and the afternoon the servers were quite willing to help make selections and to describe the food, they were attentive but not intrusive. I wrestled with the rating for atmosphere and probably could have given it a 5 but it doesn't pretend to be anything but an enjoyable casual restaurant. My family and I plan to make this a regular stop for a meal out...

Serviço péssimo: Éramos 16 pessoas para jantar e marcamos no the fork, só que minutos antes falharam nos 3 pessoas. O senhor super rude a dizer-nos que tínhamos que cancelar a reserva à frente de todos (a dar um “raspanete”). Foi completamente desnecessário, sendo que tínhamos avisado a ele sobre o acontecimento e já ocorreu em situações semelhantes noutros restaurantes e nunca nos pediram tal coisa. Éramos 13 pessoas e só deixavam pedir 3 pizzas por grupo o que é ridículo porque estamos num restaurante italiano e nem capacidade de forno tem?! Sem falar que chegamos às 20h e só serviram nós as 21h50 (literalmente quase 2 horas depois). A funcionária fez mal as contas no final e além de querer forçar- nos a pagar 26 euros por azeitonas e acusar-nos que tínhamos comido, ela avisa à última da hora que tínhamos desconto e metade do grupo já tinha pago a mais a refeição.
