We stumbled on DizTinto on the first night of our week-long stay in Sintra. We were curious about why they had empty table, but a 5-star rating in Google. It turned out they'd just opened the week before, so we got in on the ground floor of this awesome place. We loved it so much, we returned there on our last night in Sintra as well.
Fantastic, personal service from the owners and their staff, and the food was terrific. We were careful to not order any of the same dishes twice, so we could try as much as the menu as possible. In the 8-9 things we ordered, there were no misses, only hits. We had steak, we had peppers we had John Dory, we had eggs, we had the peppers and we had 2 different salads, and 2 different desserts. We would go back again and again if we lived here.
