I went here with a family friend and her child and husband. It was on a saturday even if there was a festival going on in the city centre it was pretty busy. No one came to ask us anything or tell us about the menu scanning. I took it upon myself after a good 10minutes without a waiter to ask for fiscal menus, that for us it was just a preference. We all ordered basic food; pasta, lava cake, eggplant salad and falafel then a few types of drinks. I myself ordered the falafel being that I grew up with that, I'm not the type if person to judge too much food especially knowing where I was going to eat and not to have any high expectations but I was a bit disappointed, they were dry and very hard to cut into. The eggplant salad I was told was decent, some goes with the lava cake that is just reheated and comes frozen and the pasta was ok just served without cheese, we had to ask for some. This place doesn't really shine for anything, no quality of service in anyway. The only good thing it has going is its location, the rest is just to but it bluntly...

Have to say the ordered coffees were nice, the prices are reasonable, the chairs and tables are confortable (ours was just under the shade of a tree which was great). In regards to the staff it was a dissapointment: when we arrived and set down they were having a short argument which one of them takes our table one of the waiters was standing most of the time at our table for no reason and he even wanted to take our sugar (altough we haven't used it but wanted to take it home to our friends for whom we ordered takeaway coffees [yes, you can order takeaway also]) next to our table, an older couple sat down and they were greated informally, which by the looks of the gentleman and for us was unrespectfull As a conclusion the place tends to be a high -end cafe but the staff is ill prepared, I asume they are students who work part time on low wages. They should hire waiters with experience in such a place to keep up...
Read morePositive: Nice ambiente, good idea with all those Toulouse Lautrec pictures everywhere. - - - Bathroom clean and very nice. For sure over average. Food: pulled porc tacos tasted nice (starter) nice consistency of Spaghettis (al dente) chicken fajitas were ok (nothing special) with only 1 tortilla cut in 4
Negative: Service: uninterested phlegmatic waitress, nobody came to get us seated, although maybe 1/4 of the restaurant occupied No spoons for the sauces (had to use fork & knife). Ordered Ciuc beer, received Heineken can-sauces (guacamole, salsa) sea food Spaghetti was absolutly tasteless (only shrimps were tasty). Worst were the calamari parts, which were huge, No taste at all and No knife to cut them smaller. instead: Spaghetti were cut (like for children) and partly stuck together after cooking...
