Luxory Gastro Bar — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

We recently dined at Luxory Gastro Bar and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. From start to finish, the service was abysmal.

Firstly, the attitude of the waiter was incredibly unprofessional. They were rude, inattentive, and seemed irritated by simple requests. When we asked for recommendations, they responded curtly and seemed annoyed by our questions. Their behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our meal.

Secondly, the waiting time for our food was excessively long. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we waited over an hour for our order to be served. There was no communication or apology for the delay, which added to our frustration. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and clearly had been sitting out for a while.

Overall, the poor service and extended waiting time overshadowed any potential positives about the food itself. I would not recommend Luxory Gastro Bar based on this experience. There are plenty of other establishments where you can enjoy a meal without dealing with such unprofessionalism and inefficiency.

I recently visited Luxury Gastro Bar in Serbia and had a fantastic dining experience. My waitress, Ivana, was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout the evening. The highlight of the meal was the Pljeskavica Sa Kajmakom i Pomfritom—a Serbian-style grilled patty served with kajmak, a creamy dairy spread, and a side of perfectly crispy fries. It was flavorful, juicy, and authentically prepared.

I also tried the Šopska Salata, a refreshing mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and peppers, topped with generous shavings of white cheese. It was the perfect light complement to the hearty main dish. The ambiance of the bar was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for both locals and travelers looking for an authentic taste of Serbian cuisine....

An awful dining experience. Over half the options on the menu were unavailable. The menu was also completely misleading we ordered ‘luxury ribs with mash potatoes” and ended up with meat strips, french fries and a pool of tomato sauce (two hours after ordering). When we questioned that our order was wrong we were told that we were wrong in a rather hostile manner. Other food including the pasta was raw and cold. One star is given for the poor waiter who has to deal with the owners selling bad food, not being able to provide anything on their menu and charging an extortionate cost.
