Republic Grill — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Republic Grill is, in my opinion, the best BBQ spot in town. I’ve been there three times already, and each visit has been consistently satisfying. The flavors are authentic and bold, with perfectly smoked meats that melt in your mouth. Whether it’s their ribs, pulled pork, or brisket, everything is cooked to tender perfection and seasoned just right.

One of the best things about Republic Grill is its affordability. Despite serving top-quality BBQ, the prices are very reasonable, making it accessible for anyone craving hearty, flavorful food without spending a fortune. It’s a rare find to get such great taste and value in one place.

Not sure what happened to this place but the owner and chef were belligerent to other guests (not to me, but watching this happen to other guests was insane and mind blowing). Some were called gay and vegetarian because they left without ordering, some Chinese guests got yelled at and told to wait their turn (also left), one American got told his chicken is fine when he asked them to cook it more (chef came out to get in the customer’s face about it). Hilarious but also sad to see…reminds a bit of Soviet service. Food is good, price is good, but jesus christ guys get your act together…you’re making Belgrade look like a village in Siberia...

We ordered the ‘Crunchy Chicken Sticks,’ ‘Sausages,’ and ‘Smoked Pork,’ which were served with complimentary salads like onions and cabbage, along with mustard sauce.
