We had a dinner reservation for the New Year’s Eve at Endorfin and it has been a very bad experience. We reserved for 9 pm shift named “Dinner & Party” by the restaurant. When we arrived, there was a party on the ground floor and people were having dinner on the upper floor (mezzanine), which was totally fine. However, when we asked for our table in the upper floor, the staff tried to find our reservation for couple of minutes and then pointed us a table in the ground floor (dancing area) which was surrounded by people partying. We were assigned the only table in that are while all other reservations and tables were situated in the upper floor, which should have been the case for us as well.
We tried to explain to the staff this was not a proper dinner setting and wanted to be placed in the dinner area. People were dancing around us and were leaving their drinks on our table. How can one have a dinner in a situation like that? We tried to explain this but unfortunately, they did not want to understand and did not do anything to solve the situation. When we told that we cannot have dinner in such a setting and would like to have our dinner like everyone else in the upper floor, they said its not possible. At the end, when we asked our deposit back unless they resolve the situation, they quite ironically blamed us for being rude for wanting to do so.
As a manager in hotel & restaurant industry for many years, I am quite surprised with the reaction and do not approve of this mentality. We had an unfortunate experience and on top of it our blamed by Endorfin team for asking for a table where we can peacefully have a dinner. Not the reaction you would like to see on a...

Read moreHuge disappointment, do not rely on this place for reservations! We made a dinner reservation for New Year's Eve by paying a deposit at the restaurant, but when we arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before our reservation it turned out that we did not have a table. The staff put a cocktail table on the floor everyone was dancing, and told us that was our dinner table. The dancing floor was very crowded and people were putting their drinks, coats, and bags on our little cocktail table. When I asked the manager if we made a reservation for dinner, not hanging out on the dance floor she said “Did you make the reservation with me? This is not my problem” since another member of the staff took our reservation. When I said I either wanted a dinner table on the upper floor where people were actually eating or wanted my deposit back she gave the money back and asked us to leave very rudely like we would be able to find any restaurant at 9 pm on the New Years Eve without a reservation.
We traveled to Belgrad to celebrate the New Year but our New Year's Eve was ruined since we were hungry and disappointed trying to find a restaurant that has a table for two. The restaurants were either fully booked or closed. At 12 am, we were still trying to find a place thanks to...
