KeP’s caffetteria — Restaurant in Bratislava

I have been visiting this exact KeP's for the second year now. Not once have I hesitated to go somewhere else. Recent changes in staff, however, have completely inverted my perspective. From rude comments to outright ignoring or repeatedly forgetting about orders, these changes have made the place practically unbearable. This wasn't the case until now. Coffee and food are one part of the experience, but the manner and attitude with which they are served form the other part. I’d definitely recommend KeP’s as a franchise, just not this...

Definitely 10 out 5 . Forget about Starbucks, instead come to this amazing tradition coffee shop. Great service ,and great friendly attitude from the girls working in this wonderful place . Very welcoming cosy place , always filled with people , who obviously also enjoy this place . Very freshly baked croissants 🥐, super delicious . Great coffee . Very , very affordable prices . Definitely recommending ....

Caffetteria, I hear you say! Let me respond! Nope. It’s not a cafeteria. It’s a cafe. We had iced cappuccinos and a pistachio croissant. My 5 star review across the board is for the croissant! Absolutely delicious! The outside of the croissant was crispy, inside slightly warm and moist and jammed full of pistachio cream. WOW!
