First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that the food is excellent; both the pizzas and pasta dishes are outstanding. However, the overall experience is unfortunately overshadowed by poor service. I fully understand that being a waiter is a demanding and challenging job and that customers can sometimes be difficult, but since this has happened to us for the third time at the same restaurant, I feel compelled to leave a review.
The first time we visited, we waited over 25 minutes to be served (which was understandable given the crowd). However, after placing our order, we received the wrong pasta. When we pointed this out, the staff offered to replace the dish and apologized, but due to the long wait, we decided to eat what was served and paid for it as well.
On another occasion, we stopped by just for a drink. Since it is an Italian restaurant and we are fans of Campari Spritz, we ordered one. The waiter looked at us in confusion, seemingly unfamiliar with the drink. We explained that it is made the same way as an Aperol Spritz (prosecco, soda, Aperol), but with Campari instead of Aperol. However, we were served Campari mixed with sparkling water.
The most recent visit was for a birthday celebration, and before the meal, we wanted to toast. When the waitress arrived, I ordered a glass of prosecco and a limoncello as an aperitif for myself and my wife, and then we placed our food order. When she asked about additional drinks, I mentioned that we could order the rest now or later. We then ordered a large draft Bevog beer (0.5L, listed on the menu as €7) and a glass of red wine. After five minutes, we received a small draft beer (0.3L) and a glass of wine, but no aperitifs. Ten minutes later, I politely reminded the waitress that we had also ordered aperitifs and asked about a beer (why not big one). She assured us they would be served immediately, but that they only have small draft beer. However, instead of limoncello and prosecco, we received two glasses of prosecco, followed by our food just a minute later. At that point, we chose not to argue, finished our meal, left one prosecco untouched, paid, and departed.
Once again, the pizzas are truly excellent, but unfortunately, due to our repeated negative experiences with service, we will not be returning. The restaurant certainly has...
Read moreUnfortunately I can not say anything gut about food in this place. First time I visited this place, the head chef (Pizza Jolo) through me out because I said to him, his Pizza is burned! Today on 21.12.2021 I gave him another chance! But nothing else as another disappointment! I don't know what is with this Pizza Chef in his head, but it is for sure he is delusional! "Your owen is to hot"! In all bed there is also something good. Pizza dough is really good and the tomato sauce as well. It is a shame that somebody skilled enough that can make such a good dough but not skilled enough to bake it as a professional! Shame on you "Pizza Jolo"! First time I was really late, just before closing! Sorry for that! But he wanted to sell me burned Pizza dark as night! While I was arguing with him (Pizza Chef) that the pizza is burnt, he was without any regards telling me " that is normal here". After 30 minutes of arguing, he came to me phisicaly, want to fight with me and l was thrown out of the Pizzeria, because I didn't want to take burned Pizza! But I gave him another chance! Today I visited this place one more time. Waiter Mr. Uros he was more than helpful and on the place in every possible time! Thank you Uros for that! But again Pizza was burnt! I don't know how this is possible to burn the pizza like that. They have the best equipment for that, but still very unprofessional! I am a F&B Manager with over 20 years of experience in Hotel & Gastronomie, but this is one of the best pizza dough with one of the worst technique to bake it, while using the best equipment you can buy it at this time. That is really unfortunate! This Pizza Chef have to be delusional and incompetent as much as he can! Sorry for that Mr.Perfect (Pizza Chef)! Location and the service is at its best, so if you like burned Pizza and good service, you are Welcome in this place. Best...

I understand restaurants are busy in certain hours, but it's not normal, that you get your drinks after you get your pizza, which is also cold and, if I can judge from the burnt basil, also already reheated. Not to mention, that we were three and the waitress forgot one of our orders so we had to wait additional 15 minutes for the third pizza. And then we waited 20 minutes for the check, thad didn't come so we had to pay at the counter.
Once again, I understand the restaurant was busy, but according to stanadards and prices set by this restaurant, it's just not...
