This morning, my girlfriend and I decided to take a break at a bar in Ljubljana, a place we had heard about, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. From the start, there were several issues that made our visit unpleasant. First, my girlfriend asked for a specific dish from the menu, but it was unfortunately out of stock, and we weren’t informed in advance. This created some disappointment and confusion, as we expected a more attentive service. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was not prepared as promised: an important ingredient was missing, which made the meal less satisfying than I had hoped. On top of that, the price was quite high compared to the quality and service offered. We didn’t feel justified in paying for an experience that fell short. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a bar in Ljubljana with good service and quality that matches the price, I would recommend considering other options. This people have a great location, an amazing and well decorated and cosy place and the posibility to do amazing things but they fail in all aspects. Service is bad, mainly becausr they had only two waiters for the whole place. It took a lot of time for anyone to come to our table and ask for our order. I had to go, find a waiter and ask if there wss anything wrong to finally get domeone to come.

Capuccino was very small and tasteless, Cocoa was cold and also without so much flavor. Also they could be more generous and have bigger cups to serve.

Additionally to that, and to complete the picture, i asked for the most famous cake and at 7PM they did not have more to serve and when you enter the place you could still see a big billboard advertiding they have that special treat tp offer. If they start trying to provide a better service trying to improve their experience to the customer they could become a great success! When you want something sweet and something better in Ljubljana, this is the place to go. You won't regret it. Good luck getting a free seat though. They recently moved to this location, which is much smalled than the old restaurant (next door, looks like it's being renovated and the time of writing (November 2022). This is pretty bad because they could easyly run a place with 3 times more tables and they would still be full. I think they are losing a lot of customers simply by not having enough seats. In future they will have to address this issue. Today we tried their signature cake, Zvezda cake. Simple, fruity and light would describe it best. The other cake we tried was something like Chocolate Dream, similar to Sacher cake, but with much more chocolate, some chocolate, some cocoa, and oh, let's not forget the chocolate topping and chocolate chips decoration.
