Pronto! focacceria — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

Recently visited the focacceria and was absolutely delighted! The focaccia is incredibly delicious – soft on the inside, with a crispy crust and an amazing aroma of fresh herbs and olive oil. There’s a wide variety of toppings, each made with love and the freshest ingredients. I especially loved the Salmon Tzatziki focaccia.

The service is also top-notch – the staff is friendly, quick to respond to any requests, and does everything to make guests feel comfortable. The atmosphere is cozy!

This place is nowhere close to a 4.9/5. The lady working there didn’t look like she wanted to be there. No hello, no smile nothing. No explanation or intention to even explain their offerings. Had to ask multiple times on some things and it seemed staff don’t understand English or slovenian well. Had to ask thrice if the sandwich can be warmed. Amazing sandwich shop! If you want authentic Italian focaccia in Ljubljana, this is your spot. All the ingredients were of high quality and they also make a delicious espresso tonic, everything was very affordable and the staff was also super friendly! The only thing I believe they can improve on is making the bread more airy, as it was a bit dense, if they can fix that this place is literally perfect.
