Service is very poor.They made us wait in the queue for more than 30 mins to give our order than when it was our turn they told us they not taking any more orders ,we can leave .we were the last people in the line .The cooks and manager refused to help us.After pleading with them ,they forced us to order what they wanted to make ,because they wanted to get done with the order quickly.They charged us for a medium meal but we received a small meal.We were forced to get the fish fried instead of it being grilled. The fish was raw I ended up throwing it away and it was a waste of money. We had to order from here because they made us wait in line for so long because there was only one person taking orders and he was very slow,and on top of that they made us wait in line like fools and then when it finally was our turn then they only told us they no longer taking orders.And because of us waiting in this line the other Halaal restaurants were already closed and therefore we were forced to order from here and they rushed with our order .The service and the food was terrible. I will never go to this pathicular...

So years ago this was my parents go to for quick fish and chips rather than sit in a restaurant and I always enjoyed the meal..

Unfortunately, my experience today was not that great.. please don't offer new meals like Sushi that can't be served right. Ordered the Tempura prawns Sushi.. I went back because the Soya Sauce was like enough for a 2 piece. The Ginger was like enough for a 3 piece. I went back to ask for more or if I could buy some because I do not enjoy Sushi without Ginger. They said the only allowed to give 5g and they don't sell separate Fishaways Goldman Sushi was terrible too they didn't even make an effort.. But the FishAways at Gordon Road Spar...

Tried to order a family platter and sit down and eat. They have no trays and expect the whole family to eat from one box. Also selling paper plates for R1. In this world crisis where disease are spreading , hygiene and customer satisfaction is not of their importance but rather how to make more money and scam people. Please get yourselves trays or something so that if someone orders they don't hve to eat like cavemen but properly. horrendous customer service .pls save upurself and have happy moments with your family at a place with better manners ,dignity and...
