KFC V&A Waterfront — Restaurant in V&A Waterfront

The service is so poor, I waited for my food for 25 minutes, people who came after me got food first while I waited for mine.

I got irritated and told the cashier I Want my money back and she told me that, the manager isn't here to refund me but I saw that manager speaking to the cashier, next the cashier came to me and told me that the manager isn't around he's somewhere around at the storage room, she told me I can't get money cause only 1 minute left for my food to be out of the frier.

Then I saw manager rushing my oder behind the counter. The cashier told me that my food is ready and I told her I want my money back. And why do they've to skip the guy who was infront of me? Just because I complained they need to rush my food what about other customers.

The manager came he's a rude man so unmanned & so unprofessional, he didn't greet or apologize. I wonder how did he got the position.

I know kfc it's a fast restaurant but that doesn't mean they've to mistreat their costumers, cause without customers they don't have business and that rude unprofessional manager won't have a job.

I won't buy anything from kfc ever again. I know someone will reply to my email and try to calm me down and say we'll investigate the matter which it's a biggest lie.

Order a 2 piece side breast now with large chips and KFC certainly doesn’t live up to its slogan, finger licking good. Utterly disgusting food. Chips were cold and not freshly cooked. Could see they have been sitting in the tray for a while. The chicken was revolting. I specifically ordered 2 side breasts and told the cashiers that but instead I got 2 small thighs and full of oil and grease. The chicken was bloody and under cooked I ended up throwing it all in the bin after taking one bite I wanted to throw up. Your food is bloody disgusting, clearly no quality control done by your staff especially your kitchen staff. Serving me under cooked chicken is a serious health risk. 1 star is a compliment. I don’t know how rubbish fast food outlets like this stay open. Worst part is that it was very quiet and your staff all standing at the counter shouting and having big fat chats with each other. What a terrible service I received , like I'm still shocked. I work in hospitality in a restaurant by the waterfront as well. So I buy KFC almost everyweek for my lunch. So today what happened was disrespect from your staff, not only the front of house staff ... Well I bought a bucket for 1 for myself then went back to eat by my workplace, only to find that the chicken was still raw inside..as I returned the piece of chicken knowing very well we do make mistakes, so I wasn't even upset, but as I got there asking them for a better pisce or a well-done meat, for them to solve my problem I was mocked by the staff from the kitchen to the front staff cause they kept apearing from the kitchen 1 by 1 laughing at me saying I have drama.... Like they don't even wait for me to leave so that they can gossip. They just did it ryt infront of me, like seriously?? I've never been hurt like these before.....Never again, your staff is...
