What a joke, Hello Love replies saying it's for the wrong business... I can categorically state that it is for the correct business! It would be unethical to write a review for the wrong place and I would retract had I done so.

You should take the review on the chin and sort out your poor service delivery. Lack of responsibility and ignoring delivery issues could potentially run a business to the ground. As I stated, I have experienced bad service a few times now and I suppose by your response people will understand why they can expect the same.

I really like the coffe there. If you what a good cup of coffee you can stop at Hello love. The only problem is the consistancy of the coffee and the service. Some days I can see that the barista knows what he is doing and other days I dont think they have a clue. Staff is sometimes more intrested in their own conversations than the customers in the front of them. The reason that I gave them a 4 star is that on average I get a good cup of coffee there and will continue...
