I ordered takeaway. Had my first jajangmyeon and tangsuk from Bao Chai. I had today jajangmyeon at different restaurant which is cheaper. However in terms of taste and meat quality and noodle texture, as well as portion Bao Chai is so much better. It’s probably 2000won more but it has lean meat pieces and I thought the portion of meat to vegetable is appropriate. Although I paid less today(different restaurant) there were more cabbage, onions than meat. The noodle portion was little and it was also not chewy.
