Came here about 2 weeks ago and I can tell you don’t bother wasting your time with this place.

They got our order wrong, although they use a tablet to order and it wasn’t that busy. We asked if they accepted Visa when we entered and they said yes but when it came time to pay they asked if we could pay cash. We didn’t have cash, that’s why we asked if they accepted Visa. They kept saying they wouldn’t accept it and went on to say foreign cards don’t work. After I explained we didn’t have cash they changed their mind and say they can accept the Visa with a 10% fee. There was some back and forth until they eventually said “there is an ATM outside”. We ended up just paying cash since we were already frustrated at that point.

What an embarrassment for a big chain restaurant. I got my $4 souvenir from a small shop that accepted the card without issue. Definitely not a well run business. Just do yourself a favour and go to Kyonchon although it’s a bit farther. The food and experience...

Make sure you are careful when ordering in English as the cashier doesn't speak a word of it and makes a mess of things.

I went to the counter to inform the cashier that I wanted to take out my order and ended up with a duplicate of the exact same order instead. Apparently no one had the sense to check before preparing either. They then blame you for it, pretend to be the managers when you ask to speak to one and threaten to call the police. Would have been slightly more forgivable if they were actually fast in preparing their order, but as many of the reviews mention, the preparation time takes the 'fast' out of fast food, even though there are only 4-5 group of customers in the restaurant.

BHC might want to think about some decent customer...

I’m really confused and feel like I’ve gone to a different place from the rest of these high reviews.

This is the worst food I have ever had in my life. I’m not a fussy eater by any stretch of the imagination, nor were the other 3 people I went with. All the sauces just taste bad. They’re over-sweet and are just plain weird. I ate 2 pieces of chicken. That was it. It was so incredibly disgusting I could not eat anymore. This has never happened to me before.

I also ordered some mozzarella sticks… that came out uncooked & looked nothing as pictured. Absolutely nothing.

Our order got messed up a few times, with others order and drinks coming to our table instead. However, that was probably the more...

Came here because I heard that the must-eat fried chicken in Korea is BHC. A great place for gathering. Because it is a restaurant where you can drink alcohol, the environment is quite lively. The staff's English is not very good but they tried hard to communicate with us. You can order food with iPad at the table. The alcohol here are very cheap, only 3000 won, which surprised me that the price is the same as soda. The food will be served about 30 minutes after ordering, and the chicken tastes good. The Gold King fried chicken in the photo is 21,000 won. Free snacks and boiled water are provided here (self-service).

After being underwhelmed by Kyochon figured BHC was the next best try - sadly it didn't really impress us too much either. Had the yangnyeom chicken and burrinkle chicken (again snowing) - the yangyneom wasn't bad but we found the snowing chicken just had way too much powder. You'd think cheese powder - no way you can get too much of that - but it was just overpowering and we didn't even finish the order. Overall was okay but as with Kyochon, came to Seoul to experience the latest and greatest in KFC and well at least the beer was good.
