Craft Roo — Restaurant in Seoul

Loved this place, I felt like I had found a hidden treasure. Craft beer was very tasty, the pizza and chicken delicious, and our waiter was awesome (and extremely handsome, polite and friendly). The neighbourhood is historic, full of tradition and history; narrow pedestrian streets were lined with tiny specialty shoppes, bars, and cafes … I had a great few hours here and hope I can find it the next time...

Beers were well pulled for me, ~1-2cm head and fast service. Food was surprisingly decent for western fare, the pizza in the set we ordered was a bit heavy on cheese but with a nice, chewy crust. Beers are definitely the highlight, lots of IPAs and fairly hop-heavy (typical of Korean craft beer at the moment) but with a few lighter offerings and an Amber ale still finding its way...

Perfect spot to have relaxing beers after a day of exploration. Located in the atmospheric Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, Craft Roo has a chilled vibe and top selection of craft beers. The tasting paddle was a good way to try a range of their brews, all of which were top notch. Also served with complimentary snacks....
