Below is my previous review.

I revisited and thought I'd give my latest review which is even lower than before.

Im unsure how the staff are trained at this venue, but it is not with the customer in mind. It is a money grab based on location and I cannot imagine they get repeat custom.

Do not bother going unless you want terrible service.

We were seated and asked if we wanted the drinks menu, absolutely, yes please. We were maybe 5 paces from the stand the hosts use.

We waited

And waited

And waited

And waited.

We then asked for the drinks menu.

Had one drink and decided to leave.

This bar has an enviable position and is an amazing spot to watch the sunset. Sadly, for us that was the extent of the positives. We were seated quickly and the order was taken about 10 minutes later, we then waited 25 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. The lady serving was apologetic and also appeared to be training someone at the same time. We saw several people come in and leave before getting drinks as the service was - well beyond slow. Maybe technical difficulties or staffing issues. A real shame as even this place is more expensive than others, the location and decor do make up for that. We wouldn't choose to return on this holiday or others. Hopefully they can...

Lovely cocktails are a bit pricey but are good quality as the saying goes. You only get what you pay for. but up on our third visit, we sat down on the sofa for a good view of the sunset before ordering and were asked to move as the sofa was for four, not two people of a very rude waitress which I had not see the previous two visits so possibly a shift manager so we left. after reading previous reviews, it's probably the same waitress, which is a shame really, as is a very nice venue . but the young waiter that served us the previous two nights was a credit to the company. All so told the dj that I enjoyed his set and got a very nice thank you off him.shame the waitress if the same one spoilt customers' experiences of what is a lovely place to visit but now seem to me that it is just a corporate tourist venue that is not to bothered...

Normaly I would give a five star for the ambiance but… we arrived at about 7pm. Excelent music, perfect for this kind of avenue. House melodic, keinemusik type of music. We came for that. But at about 10:30 pm the music stopped and changed for reggeton, latino type of music with nothing to do eith was playing the DJ before. It’s really frustrating… if we new we would’ve gone to another plece. So I give 3 stars for the ambiance because of what was before 10:30pm, because otherwise I would give a one star! Music...
