Friday 18th October 2024 9pm Family of 4 we looked at what we wanted whilst 2 members of staff sat chatting at a table & chairs with someone from another stand and we were completely ignored. We waited almost 10 minutes and I looked over repeatedly at the staff for a response which I did get eventually and was informed by the male in a arrogant manner they were both on their break for another 4 minutes and they just went back to chatting as the other person went back to his business.
