Restaurante El Puerto — Restaurant in Adeje

Absolutely dreadful visit. Dont be fooled by the seafront location. Food and service awful. Ordered bacon salad foccacia and it was absolutely inedible. It was a flat piece of soggy raw pizza base, it was definitely not focaccia. I turned it over and it had green spaws of mould in the bottom of it. I asked the waitress to change it and she said she couldn't help!!! She said that was the way they made their own bread - it was an old piece of mouldy dough!! Seriously though that could have made some one very unwell. I asked again if she would exchange the raw mouldy dough for another piece of bread that I could put my bacon in it and she said no. Not at any point did she apolgise for the situation. Spoke to the male waiter too, who just walked away as he didn't want discuss it within the ear shot of others dining there. Appalling food and even more appalling service. I would NEVER eat there....

Had dinner here one evening. We ordered the White focaccia and Garlic Bread for starter and a T Bone steak done medium. and Ribs for mains . Utterly horrendous.vthe White focaccia was just a pizza base.. no cheese.. no tomatoes.. no herbs . Nothing.. just a white pizza base. When I queried that there should be at least some mozzarella on it like every single other restaurant I was told no.. that's what I ordered. Then the mains came. The Ribs were freezing and had to be sent back for reheating and the T Bone was awful. Practically Raw. Didn't have T bone in it. Was full of sinew and the fat on the meat hadn't even rendered it was so undercooked. The inside was actually stone cold and raw. All in all a horrible experience. Funny enough on my Card this place so showed up as La Vina but it was definitely El Puerto we were in. It said so painted on the wall...

I was very disappointed with my experience at Restaurante El Puerto. The location is just acceptable — definitely not impressive — and unfortunately, the service was even worse.

The staff were consistently unfriendly. Every time I ordered something or asked for help, they gave me unpleasant looks and acted annoyed, as if I was disturbing them. This made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and tense.

To make matters worse, I noticed flies landing on the food, which is simply unacceptable in any restaurant. It gave the impression of poor hygiene and lack of proper care.

A restaurant should make its guests feel welcome, respected, and safe — here, I felt the opposite. I do not recommend this place and I certainly...
