Came to eat on Christmas day, not worth the price. As soon as we entered we saw loads of free tables but they insisted we wait by the bar for 10 minutes, probably to incourage us to buy alcohol before we eat which would make their wallets happy. The restaurant is the most noisy one that I have ever visited, I would say that it’s louder than a club it really made the meal less enjoyable. The waiters seemed nice however most of them were stressed and unpolite which made the dinner less pleasant, not to mention that they seemed to be at war with one and other. The food was decent, they serve everything you can imagine so nothing’s really good but nothing’s bad either. What I liked the most was the fact that you could see into the kitchen entirely, which feels go knowing that you’re food was prepared in a sanitary environment. The decoration and theme of the restaurants is pretty, the style is some kind of a roadhouse feeling. Overall I’d call this a tourist trap that I probably won’t visit again happily, they give you a ”meh” meal for an expensive price in a noisy but well decorated environment.

My friends and I recently stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a place to grab a quick bite. We chose it randomly and decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, our spontaneous decision turned out to be quite disappointing. To start, the tacos we ordered were far from appetizing. They seemed stale and had an unpleasant burnt flavor. It was evident that they had been sitting for a while, losing their freshness and appeal. The texture was off-putting, and we couldn't overlook the blackened edges. It felt like we were eating leftovers from the previous day. Next up, the burger. It was a sad affair, to say the least. The patty appeared to be frozen rather than freshly prepared. The lack of juiciness and the distinct absence of flavor made it clear that it had been sitting in a freezer for far too long. The meat itself was peculiar, hardly resembling the taste or texture of real meat. It left us wondering what exactly we were consuming. While we understand that choosing a restaurant randomly can be hit or miss, we had hoped for a more pleasant surprise

Visited this large ‘American’ restaurant for dinner – service was good and there was no need to book hen we visited. Wine for the table – a decent bottle at a reasonable price – you like to see it. The food was decent. To start, another plate of fried cheese, this one weirdly served with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. I like fried cheese a lot, so this was welcome – the presentation was weird, but each to their own I guess. Taste is key. For main, a chicken and beef burrito-type wrap – this was a good size (not too big) and very flavourful – didn’t come with any sides, but didn’t need any. Dessert to follow – brownie with cream, yum. Glass of Baileys to finish the meal. The sign of contentment. Overall a good choice for a meal out, reasonable prices and nicely cooked food. Definitely put it on your list.

TLDR: Wouldn't recommend, rude staff, missing food,no follow through, full of wildlife.

Came with a group, ordered food all seemed fine all of my groups food came except mine. Our table was asked by 2 members of staff (who didn't take the original order) on separate occasions if everything was okay and if anything was needed. On both occasions I made them aware my food had not arrived. After some time and been told that firstly that it was on the way, then again to be told that the meal I ordered takes more time.( members of my group had ordered thick well done steaks, I ordered chicken Fajitas) For eventually the waiter who originally took my order to arrive for me to tell him I still hadn't recieved my food He went and checked the kitchen to come back to me saying he made a mistake and didn't place my order. At this point majority of my group had finished their meal. I didn't actually want food at this stage but the waiter insisted that I have it. 2 minutes later rubbery, oily, shriveled chicken pieces arrived on top of some hard pieces of pepper and onions. I attempted to eat it and couldn't, it tasted like cheap packaged pre cooked chicken dipped in hot oil and thrown shaken with some veg and thrown in a bowl. I've honestly seen better looking dinners for dogs.

When I spoke to the waiter about this he debated the fact with me, he insisted that it was freshly cooked. While I agree fajitas aren't exactly rocket science and don't take to much time, fresh chicken pieces wouldn't be fully cooked in 2 minutes.

After some time he took the fajitas off the bill. But another member of my party also complained about their food and waiter was extremely rude to them. She tried to eat the lamb she had orderes but it didn't taste good, she had given another party member the vegetables from her plate on arrival as they weren't to her taste so the waiter insisted she had to pay for the meal and stated she must have liked it as she had eaten some of it.

The other member paid, as the waiter was extremely rude and she is an older lady that wasn't able or use to been spoken to like that.

Myself and a different member left to seek food elsewhere while the bill was being settled as it was rather late.

Unfortunately the waiter needs some re training on customer service and the other staff need to follow up in customer queries, this issues could have been easily avoided as I asked numerous time to where my meal was and it seemed by the time my food was being made it was made with substandard ingredients and rushed out of the kitchen half cooked.

While other members were happy enough with their food, it seems the menu is far to large for the kitchen to handle and maybe they should consider shortening their menu to the meals they actually do well!

Side note: don't sit in the outdoor area, serious pest problem as we were all picking various insects and roaches off each other for...

Avoid this place ! I'm only giving one star as I have too. Went there the last night, we ordered beef fajitas. I'm not sure did the servers know which tables each was serving, the fajitas came ( not sizzling ) as stated on menu. I said to myself ' here we go '. Rare beef, it was all chewy ( pink ) It was like the left overs of the day before. Big chunks, instead of thin strips of beef. when I said to one of the servers whats this? He said is it not OK? No, its Raw and chewy and not cooked properly, ( No mention to replace or re cook it ) but the look of it had put me off by then. Im just sorry i never took a photo of it to post as well, then another server came and said is everything OK. I can't eat this as like i said to your colleague its not cooked properly, then he says will I put it in a box for you to take away. What ? I said, even the Tenerife pigeons wouldn't eat this so why would i want to take it away. Can you give me the bill please, paid and left. I'm sorry who says this place is good. It's Not. Avoid and don't be disappointed,as there are a lot of better places to eat around the area but this place is Not...
