I gave food 2 because I actually haven’t tried it but the service is appalling. We walked by at 12:30 - restaurant is completely empty. Would like to have breakfast/brunch. Shown to the table in the back. We explain we would like to sit in front and won’t take more than 45 minutes. The waiter says it is not possible. We are pointing the restaurant is empty - about 15 tables in front and along the sea are available. He rudely waives us off. To be honest no matter the food I won’t ever set my foot there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Since the answer from restaurant was not truthful I am adding info. The restaurant was empty - we passed by in an hour and there were still the same tables free, so not true about the busiest day, maybe in the evening but definitely not at 12:30 in the afternoon. We first asked for 2 people table along the sea, were told no, then for 4 one (one of 5/6 empty ones) in front line. Both were rejected. It is not rude to ask for another table. Refusing them with waive of hand when clearly no reservations were made (as mentioned above the same tables were empty an hour later) is rude. Never had that in any restaurant specially so empty one. The answer below from restaurant shows how rude they are. I was also reading through other bad reviews and in every reply the owner either insults reviewers or claims they haven’t eaten in his restaurant...

The food itself is decent - very much what you’d expect from a local Spanish restaurant geared toward tourists. The menu is broad, with pizzas and pastas sitting alongside Spanish staples. Nothing groundbreaking, but perfectly fine if you’re after a simple meal with a view.
Where things unfortunately fell down was the service. One older waiter in particular gave off an air of chaos and visible frustration. I don’t mind a bit of character, but when you’ve been waiting 15 minutes for starters and politely ask for an update, being told “the food will come when it’s ready” doesn’t feel acceptable. A younger waiter also seemed similarly hurried, and when I asked him about our order he simply waved toward the kitchen before calling the older waiter back over to repeat the same dismissive line.
In short: go for the view, accept that the food is fine but unremarkable, and brace yourself for service that can feel more frazzled...
Read moreDon't be put off by the dilapidated signage on the front of the building! We walked 40mins to get to this restaurant, guided by the reviews, as we were after a good quality paella. Passed many more updated looking restaurants, and wondered whether we had made a mistake upon arrival, but by this point we were tired and hungry and needed shelter from the strong midday sun.
We were welcomed in by the staff who were friendly and helpful. They were attentive throughout our visit and left us wanting for nothing.
We ordered garlic king prawns with bread and butter as a starter, followed by a mixed paella for our mains. The food was excellent, far superior to many of the other restaurants we have visited on the Island. The portions were huge, quality excellent and prices very reasonable. The mixed paella was full of veg, meat and seafood, which was all cooked to perfection.
This restaurant certainly delivered and we left with big smiles and full bellies. If you are holidaying nearby or just exploring the area, this is certainly the...
