Cocktails great,attentive staff, toilet attendent fabulous, always gives you what you need. I asked for a perfume, he gave me my favourite Be delicious by DK, if there is no toilet paper he would replace it, always over the top, cleaning 💄 from my boyfriend's cheek yes I did kiss him :) He never asked for the money, like in another clubs first thing when you step to toilet. Tip him good, he deserved it! Only let down it's about security :my boyfriend almost broke his ankle coming back from toilet missing step as it was not light enough and covert by smoke coming from the dance floor. Manager offered the ice only after I complained, while I had to go to pharmacy to buy painkillers.He didn't bother to ask if he's ok or anything. Next day I cut my finger with the broken mirror in the toilet.Again toilet attendent helped me and one of the staff who was in the toilet offered plaster. We went to Lava Lounge for a cocktail making evening and it was such great fun! We were in Tenerife for my friends 40th, and this was one of the best nights we had as a group. I've been to cocktail making events before, but this one was the absolute best! The staff were amazing, really welcoming and friendly, they all knew what they were doing and were so helpful and accommodating for our group. We went back to the Lava Longe again on our trip. They have live singers most nights who were really good and DJ's after. There was a nice, fun and relaxed atmosphere and there were people of all ages there. I would certainly go again and recommend for anyone visiting the area to go and have a drink or a cocktail making event there (we booked through Fizzbox). Wouldn't expect to find such a great place just in front of Veronicas strip. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by smiling staff members, who were very helpful with all of our needs. We ordered a bottle of wine and didn't have to top our glasses up ourselves once. There were always a member of staff making sure no one is running out of drinks. All of the drinks/food were well priced as well, so that was a pleasant surprise, too.Also really enjoyed the live performances, the only problem we had with them was the sound not being distributed evenly throughout the terrace (in some places you could barely hear it).
