DO NOT EAT HERE! VERY DECIETFUL! It is NOT a real all you can eat buffet. More of a all you can eat AIR buffet as you wait a long time for service and your meal. Our first round of food from the time being seated took almost 40 mins. We went at 530pm. Only 2 waiters, and they ignore you for a good 20 minutes when you want to place your next order. They force you to only order a maximum of 2 plates per person, too. The place was very minimal of clients. We were only a party of 4 persons. There were only 6 other people in the restaurant. Yet, they took so long to tend to your needs. The food is very bland and cheap and rubbery and not even luke warm temperature. It's like all the food was microwaved or defrosted from the freezer. The menus outside the restaurant shows many dishes. But the menu inside is less than half of that. The sushi is only shrimp, veggies, or salmon. The shrimp smells very stink and sour. Like they had it in the freezer and defrosted it. Also...NO TUNA. Yet, they show on the menu tuna! When the bill came, it showed almost 10 euros more extra than what we are supposed to pay. They told us its 4 euros for service, and the rest is VAT tax of 7 percent more! But their menus outside and inside tells us NOTHING of this. He says it's like this all over here, and the other restaurants near to him do the same. NOT TRUE! First off, no notice of the VAT and the additional service fee was brought to our attention on the menu, nor at the entrance or from the staff. I live in Spain, and it requires that the restaurant tell you up from if IVA/VAT (tax) and other fees are or arent included. Second, other restaurantes nearby are upfront about disclosing these things to their customers. This place is fraudulent. Such a horrible business. It should not exist. Please Be Aware... Update 18 October 2023. After warning my son and his girlfriend regarding the problems with this restaurant during our visit a few weeks ago, they decided to visit the premises last night, Tuesday 17 October 2023. They had visited it previously and liked the order as you require experience. My sons girlfriend is now very unwell in bed with food poisoning at her hotel. She has been sick continually a few hours after eating in the premises. Regards. The review below was written before this latest incident 17 October. My personal review. My wife and myself. September 2023. Absolutely filthy premises. Staffs clothes were filthy. Food utensils dirty. Should be visited by food hygiene agency. Witnessed aggressive male staff swearing at polite middle aged customers who complained about raw cold chicken. Staff told them to F* O even although they paid. Customer threatened to call the police. Bad experience. We left our food. It was inedible and cold. Waited very long time and food didn't arrive. What did arrive we didn't order. Initially two ribs looked half eaten when they arrived. They were not eaten obviously by us . Pease avoid at all costs. You could easily end up very ill in a foreign hospital. We have eaten in this restaurant previously. We did enjoy the food. We did previously leave excellent 5 star reviews.

My husband and I have been to this Chinese buffet restaurant today, as it’s one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in South Tenerife. We love its variety of dishes and we love to taste different dishes in one meal. I’m Chinese originally so I always fancy Chinese food periodically. My husband is British and loves Chinese cuisine too. We always enjoyed our meals in this place. We normally come for a late lunch. We have never had any issues with the services. Sometimes they brought the wrong dishes but always changed it back to correct ones after I talked to them. Over last 10 years, the price has been increased, but still reasonable. The reason we don’t come here too often is we always over loaded ourselves. We mostly choose to sit outside with fresh air, feeling nice relaxing atmosphere. Their toilet is above the average in south tenerife restaurants. To be honest we have never bothered to write a review after nearly 10 years, but as I happened to see their website recently, I think that low score does not do them justice, although we have only been there for late lunches, never been there in the evenings, but we ALWAYS happy with the meals there. It’s one of two of our favorite Chinese restaurants in south Tenerife. Another one is Slow Boat. They also give us a free parking ticket for 90 minutes and we only paid 40 cents for parking in the basement car park. A little...
