I would not recommend this restaurant if you are in larger groups. The responses from the restaurant to reviews imply they prioritise customer service ahead of everything however this is simply untrue.

Dining as large group, we decided to keep things simple in ordering and stuck to two or three of the same dishes per guest, a small number of the group were smokers, they popped out for smoking breaks in the lengthy waiting time between courses. We also had a late arriving guest seated at the table, both very normal events in a busy restaurant. This being said, the staff continually forgot drinks, had to be reminded of orders, made several mistakes with the orders and some diners had their food sent back multiple times due to this.

Whilst the wait staff did their best to be patient with these mistakes their frustrations became very apparent and at this point management would have done well to have intervened and provided the level of customer service implied in the restaurants review responses. They did not, and the staff were left to deal with rather disappointed diners who had not had the meal and experience they expected. Once we made it clear we wanted to complain, the staff became hostile and we ended up leaving without receiving our last course. No compromise was offered by the restaurant or reasonable process of complaint. We received a refund of the last course (the course we never received) and an accusatory response that the fault of the late coming food, mistakes and poor service was on account of ‘non stop smoking’ and ‘moving to unassigned tables’ which were entirely untrue.

Avoid this restaurant, your money would be well spent elsewhere.

Management need a serious overhaul and to heed the serious and negative feedback received by diners instead of accusing the diners of...

I never usually leave reviews but I was incredibly disappointed with the service that I had to. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here with 30 guests so effectively hiring out half the restaurants all paid for beforehand which was probably a mistake on my behalf but I am respectful of how businesses operate. It was the worst service and food experience . Bearing in mind we had to pre -book the meals effectively choosing from two main dishes a steak dish and a fish dish. We waited for long periods of time for starters such as bread. Not all guests got served drinks. Some guests didn’t even receive all of their starters. Our server went round prior to the meal to ask how guests would prefer their steak cooked . The majority was medium well / well done .However , almost all guests received rare steak some completely blue. . We had to send a majority of the meals back and when we questioned we were dismissed . I’m not the biggest steak connoisseur but medium well isn’t a piece of meat that is completely red / bloody on the plate. In addition to this the fish for some guests were still raw . One of the waitresses was also incredibly rude and dismissive slamming down plates and cutlery in front of my mother / mother in law with attitude. One of my guests didn’t receive their meal until most guests had ‘finished ‘ as she had requested medium well and they had brought out over cooked steak. Essentially she didn’t get to eat with us as her meal was sent back three times. Incredibly rude staff I was so upset that we all left before dessert was served and none of my guests finished their meals . Overall the team were willing to do nothing to rectify the issue . Do...

The view was spectacular but that was it.We went up in the lift & were met but not spoken to by an employee and shown to the reception area. We gave our name & were shown to a table. The blind was down so we had no view. We asked for another table & were told that we could not move. We asked for the blind to be opened & were told no without explanation, We were not happy. I lifted the blind several times to look over the city. I was not popular. Eventually they told us it was the sun shining in other people's eyes. After several times of me lifting the blind they opened it reluctantly. There were 4 of us and between us we spoke English, French & Portuguese, our Spanish was limited. We had to wait for a drinks menu, then wait further for a food menu. The drinks & food were equally a long time coming. There was no conversation between us as the customers & the waiters & waitresses, it was as if they were robots or we were an inconvenience, maybe we did not look the part, I do not know. The food was extremely expensive & the quality in our eyes poor. We don't mind paying for something that is special, but this was not. There were plenty of staff moving around going in & out of doors but often not appearing to be bringing or taking food. At the end of the meal we were presented with the bill with a red book under the bill. This book was to put our comments in. It would have been nice if we had been told this although we did know what it was for. Our taxi came before we had time to write more than a brief comment. Would not...

Views are amazing, it doesnt matter which table you are you are still going to see panoramic views…but it was s bit loud for me, there were some big groups at the back so once they left the atmosphere changed completly to what i was expecting…surprinsigly portions were bigger than i expected, we ordered from the menu and everything was delicious. The foie was amazing, pure texture and the miso sauce matchs perfectly…the tuna tataki was also well done but the flavor felt more familiar to me, nothing you cant find in other restaurant. I was doubting about ordering the meat dish among so many fish dishes, but it was perfectly cooked, was tender, stayed worm until finish and the sauce duo was super, maybe i would change the side dish to something more elaborated rather than mushrooms, like something with potatoes At the end we ordered the coulant which was still fluid on the inside but a bit overcooked in my opinion, still delicious I want to thank the detail of brining some petit fours and candle to celebrate my birrhday at 12 o’clock

The food and service did not match the splendor of the view and the sunset. A lot was missing from the experience, which was not cohesive. Everyone was cold and unwelcoming even by European standards. They heavily discouraged sharing, even though we were a party of 4 and ordered four entrees, an appetizer, a 35€ starter, cocktails, mocktails and succumbed to the €6pp “bread fee”. All I wanted was an extra fork for the foie gras and they charged me for two. I expected something special for the upcharge for the bread but it was a slice with no butter or olive oil or tapenade and I had to solicit it twice. The beef tenderloin was excellent and tender. The lobster stuffed pasta was meh. The others in my party ate the suckling pig and the sole and they liked it. Cocktails were good - nothing special. Desserts were excellent. Presentation was befitting of the cost and supposed caliber of the place. It was weird that such a chic place with clubby music (which I liked) did not have a bar.
