In April 2025, my wife and I were visiting Barcelona, Spain part of a two-month whirlwind tour of Europe from the U.S. We were headed to visit another famous Gaudi landmark, and on the way we stopped at Evergreen since we had some time to kill. Right off the bat, it has a friendly inviting outside and inside vibe. The host, whose name I forgot to obtain, greeted us with a smile and seated us promptly. I had the chicken wrap and my wife ate the beef Kofta Kebab, which is also pictured among the other reviews here, and both meals were very good. Our host and the staff were cordial and friendly [and spoke English] since we are from America that was a plus. I also had a passion fruit juice that was delicious, suffice it to say that the food is fresh, well presented, and very good; a little high on the menu prices due to its Beverly Hills-like location, but worth the visit. In addition, they cater to breastfeeding mothers, and apparently to little well-trained dogs. Our host explained that the restaurant is owned by a Ukrainian woman and that they have been open only for 7 months, talk about doing it right the first time right out the gate! The vibe inside is open, friendly, inviting, and appealing, with original photos on the wall, and very interesting live moss adorning both the walls and under the main counter as an attractive display; the restaurant is adorned beautifully. The owner has exquisite taste in both décor, her food menu, and her staff. My impression? A must-try for...
Read moreEvergreen is hands down my new go-to spot! From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm, welcoming vibe—it’s like they actually care you’re there. The staff? Super friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
The prices are totally reasonable, especially for how good the food is. The menu? Wow. So many options, and everything I’ve tried has been crazy tasty. It’s one of those places where you feel good eating because the food is both healthy and delicious. Bonus points for how fast they get your order out—no endless waiting here!
The crowd is chill, too—just a nice mix of people who all seem to be enjoying themselves. If you’ve ever been a fan of Honest Green, you’ll love Evergreen as a fresh alternative. Honestly, it’s a spot I could see myself coming back to again and again. Worth...
Read moreAfter a long, rainy day, I was exhausted and dealing with an upset stomach. I wanted a comfortable place to eat and rest between my tickets for Casa Batlló and La Sagrada Familia. Finding Evergreen truly felt like a godsend. My eggs Benedict was not only easy on my gut—despite my many sensitivities and intolerances—but also probably the most delicious I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, rich, and creamy, with the delicious whole grain bread and plenty of veggies.
The free WiFi was reliable, allowing me to sit and plan for two hours after lunch. The interior design was beautiful, the music was calming, and the servers were incredibly kind. So grateful for such an amazing all-around...
