Como en toda cadena grade hay ubicaciones mejores y peores, este de momento estaría en la peor que he estado. Llegamos con mi pareja y su familia y vemos que tienen ahí mismo cupones de promociones. Nos atiende Antony (si su compañero no me ha engañado), el cual nos dice que el cupón que nos interesa (1 entrante gratis por consumo de 2 principales y dos bebidas) no lo podemos utilizar otra vez con otro cupón porque no son acumulables, cosa que pone claramente que sí en las condiciones y al pagar nos confirman (1era estafa, perdemos un entrante gratis ya que podiamos disfrutar de 2). 2o cupón, menú infantil gratis, ahí si pone que no se pueden aprovechar con otras promociones, pero al decirle que pagaremos en dos cuentas porque yo pago lo mío y mi suegro a su familia nos dice que sin problema, que al pagar nos lo hacen. El chcio bastante antipático y sin interarse de mucho parece. Tardan mucho en todo, el entrante llega a temperatura ambiente y ni se parece a otros Fosters en cuanto a frescura de ingredientes ni sabor. Los principales tardan otro rato larguísimo e igual, estan tibios y como si se hubieran hasta recalentado. Una de las hamburguesas se pidió ‘bien echa’ y llega quemada que tenemos que retirarle la costra negra de arriba para no pelearnos con el chico. Llega la hora de pagar, ‘Deivid’ nos dice que solo se puede un cupón, aunque su compañero, que quiero hablar con él y casualmente ya no está, nos dijo que nos lo arreglaban en caja al ser dos cuentas realmente. También me confirma que podría haber disfrutado dos entrantes gratis porque SI se podian acumular. Entiendo que vamos un sábado de septiembre a las 4 de la tarde, así que seguramente tanto en cocina como en sala queda la gente más novata, igual no pueden dar un servicio tan pésimo. Primero desmintiendo y alterando sus propias promociones con bases legales estipuladas, luego diciendonos cosas que luego no hacen valer ellos mismos y para terminar dando un servicio de comida bastante pobre para haber 4 mesas en el restaurante a esa hora, estarían más preocupados de limpiar la cocina que de atender y servir clientes, en ese caso que cierren cocina por la tarde o pongan...

We sat around 19:00, the waitress was extremely kind and helpful. She greeted us kindly, took our order and brought us the drinks. We ordered two burgers which took 45 minutes to arrive. I experienced an interesting burger - the only hot thing in it was one of the patties. The other patty, egg and bacon were cold. Also the spacing on the burger was a bit off. The size of the patties was not matching the size of the bread. At the end, I was left with a sizeable piece of bread. Considering the price which is approximately 15€ per burger, you can get a much higher quality at several...

The worst place in the area. Please don’t come here. Cold place with no heating, to the point I had some doubts they had the air conditioning on in January. Decent burger, but very cold fries. Really long waiting times even if the place is genuinely empty. No explicit prices on the drinks/beers in the menu. Before leaving a review I even tried to leave some feedback through their survey, but the link doesn’t work. What a mess.

The cherry on top was listening to 1h of Christmas songs on the 4th of January, to demonstrate how much the staff cares.
