Frankfurt's Original — Restaurant in Barcelona

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my partner when it was not busy at all.

The customer service is very unpleasant to the point that I would say the service part is non-existent. There was one relatively small order in front of us, and she completely ignored us. My apologies if she was having a bad day or something, but we had to stand at the cash register area for more than six minutes, my partner really hungry, while she was walking around with a scowl on her face. On the other hand, the food was okay. My partner got a hotdog for €8+. A tiny bit overpriced in my opinion, but the amount of toppings and the beautiful presentation was satisfactory. As for the atmosphere, I know it's out of their control, but the restaurant is located across from the arcade. If you dislike the sound of children screaming and loud noise, it is something to definitely consider.

When my grandpa told me stories about the war, I always snickered to myself, "as if. No way it's that bad." But after today... Now I understand. He may have stormed Normandy on d-day and freed jews from work camps, today, I have experienced true horror. The battle was fierce and- when I went to the toilet- bloody, and I fear I did not exit victorious. The food has given me true trauma, but I'll never scoff at granddad's stories. If you want a true life-altering experience, there is no better restaurant...

El domingo 27/07 sobre las 21h, fui con mi familia, después de un dia duro y largo de trabajo a cenar y pasar un rato agradable con la familia.. y esta gente se encargó de hacernos la noche desagradable. Pedimos unas patatas y unos nachos, lo cual era como entrante y nos comimos los bocadillos, las bebidas y estos entrantes no llegaban.. después de tanto esperar no los traen, pero frío.. ya q espetó al menos q sea caliente.. me levanto las devuelvo, m las vuelven a dar y eran las mismas patatas recalentadas.. Mientras en otra mesa q era de amigos del disque encargado iban y venían patatas frescas y recien hechas.. osea q mi dinero no vale o q.. ?? M moleste mucho, exigí hablar con un responsable y a la chica q nos estaba atendiendo en caja, no se dignaba ni a mirarme a la cara.. y según ella no había ningún responsable, y es cuando se nos acercó un chico de la mesa ya mencionada, por cierto encima pasado de copas.. y era el " encargado " QUE IMAGEN !! Aún espero la devolución de mi.dinero, 1 día mas espero.. y regreso y exigir hablar con un encargado de verdad. Decepción total... las bandejitas donde ponen la salsa barbacoa sucia.. ufff !! Siempre hemos ido y la atención a sido buena, aquí y en otros locales de la misma cadena.. pero a este personal del domingo por la tarde,...
