Very friendly! Spent quite sometime explaining in Spanish the cake I've chosen is not a good choice to eat in, because it is frozen hard, and I did understand it in the end! Just to say no (or yes) would be easier, but you preferred to be polite and friendly, thank you! I just wish every time I pop in I can see more variety, but probably everything tasty is bought out early, so I always see almost empty shelves. The casual feel of the bakery made me comfortable stay there. Even it is a chain bakery, it is good place to have a breakfast o a tea time, alone or together with family.
