During my recent visit to a local restaurant, I was profoundly disappointed with the overall experience, which regrettably fell far below my expectations. The atmosphere of the place was uninviting and unpleasant, reminiscent of a poorly maintained environment. The service was markedly substandard; the staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. Moreover, the manager of the place presented herself in a manner that was neither professional nor inviting, exhibiting a demeanor that was off-putting rather than accommodating. Reason I have put 2 stars, is the cocktails was good, service was ok and what you would expect from a cafe. Unfortunately the food on all accounts was below par and not worth the money. The seafood including lobster was so overcooked, it was hard to peel and shivered up to nothing. The chicken was fried and there was bones in the paella! The chicken was clearly cheap and the chips were recooked. Such a shame when I asked for just one of the meals to be discounted, I got told he would call the police if I didn’t pay! The customer service is excellent. As a foreigner I was scared to try the food. But the man serving was so persuasive. I tried their spaghetti with salmon and caviar. I went further to try their chicken and chips. I highly recommend their chicken. It was made perfectly well. Two very big pieces of chicken with lots of chips for just 11 euros. I couldn't finish it . They had to pack it up in a disposable plate for me🤣🤦
