We've been to this restaurant with the Restaurant Week menu (25Eur/pax + drinks). As we were 2 and there was only to choose between 2 option from each dish, we've asked for one of each in order to try them all. The asparagus dish was a bit plain in flavors and the only thing that gave the dish flavor was the cheese but there were only 3 cubes of cheese so the dish was a bit incomplete in my opinion. The 'coca' toast with tuna belly flavors were perfect. Regarding to the sausages rice, the flavors were correct but it was lacking a bit more sausage, it was mostly rice. At the same time they brought the iberian prey, probably the dish we've enjoyed the most, the flavors were really good and presentation was super cool. The desserts were where everything about this experiencie went through the roof.... The creamy chocolate was correct but the red/forest fruits was SUPER MEGA acid and not even possible to eat with the vanilla ice-cream that was served with. It basically ruined all the experience. We know this was a cheaper menu for the Restaurant week but even though, cheap does not mean use less...
Read moreWe walked in and the table cloth was dirty and the plates were filthy as they’d been sitting outdoors for at least the full day, leaving a layer of black dust and dirt on them.
The menu is decent but the preparation of the dishes leaves a lot to be desired.
The sea bass tartar was good but lacked salt. The red prawn carpaccio was clearly not made to order and had been sitting in the kitchen for longer than it should have- it was warm, tasted slightly fishy and had a bit of a sticky-slimy texture. The aubergine ravioli were decent, slightly undercooked and drenched in too much butter, making this unnecessarily heavy. Our main was a grilled turbot - it comes in two pieces, one grilled with skin (good) and one covered in a ravioli-like dough, which was overcooked and gooey. It feels like the menu and dishes have been designed a few years ago and the left alone: the kitchen feels it might lack leadership, qualify control and passion. Staff is reasonably attentive and friendly. All in all no disaster but clearly not an experience to...
Read moreThe atmosphere of the place is good. And that’s the only great thing about the place. We waited for our main courses 45 minutes after the starters. Burrata salad was really bad. It’s not even a salad. There were cold boiled vegetables with sauce and the portion is small. I ordered cannelloni. 45 minutes later they were brought absolutely cold! Cold pasta. And my friend got cold squids. We brought that to the restaurant’s attention and they took it away. And they re-did my dish in 15 minutes. My friend squid’s were just warmed up. Also took 15 minutes for that. In general, the experience was not delightful. We felt abandoned and ignored by the staff. Were are 3 girls, we are all 20, and maybe that was the reason for such treatment. But there is no excuse for that. Will not come back for sure. The food is...
