This was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy together, and at first everything seemed fine. But within minutes, two other staff members showed up and told us we couldn’t just have wine — that we had to order food, even outside. Their tone was rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming, as if we were a problem just for being there.

After that, no one came near our table. We sat there for 30 minutes just waiting to pay, completely ignored, because the staff clearly didn’t want to deal with us. When we finally got someone’s attention, we were told that sitting outside costs extra — something never mentioned anywhere, which honestly feels dishonest and exploitative.

The woman who came to take payment had been speaking English before, but the moment we mentioned the poor service, she suddenly switched languages, started rolling her eyes, muttering insults, and acting extremely disrespectfully. She clearly didn’t care at all about behaving professionally and made it obvious she just wanted to get rid of us.

What made it even worse was the clear homophobic attitude. From the moment they saw us (two men together), their energy completely changed — cold, dismissive, and judgmental. Minutes later, a group of women arrived and were allowed to drink outside with no food, proving that the “rules” were only applied to us. The double standard was disgusting.

They even tried to add a 10% service charge for service that basically didn’t exist. The only thing remotely good were the fries — everything else was a disaster.

As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I can confidently say that the behavior of this staff member was so unprofessional and rude that she shouldn’t even be working in this field at all. Her attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable, and it’s shocking that someone like that is allowed to represent a business.

The food was ok but the service was not so good. It took a bit to get one plate of paella to our table. When it was time to pay, they told us that if paying cash, it was one price and credit card was 10% more for a supplemental fee. There was a local couple at the establishment and told us that they should not be charging extra for credit card payment and that we should call the Police as we the establishment was trying to take advantage of us. The workers get very angry and kicked the couple out.

According to research, the price listed on the menu should be last price including tax.

Would not recommend going here.

Unfortunately 🫣 I wasn’t very happy with my visit. I came with a few friends just for some cañas, but right from the start we were told they only serve half-litre beers. A couple of minutes later, I saw other people inside of the place being served smaller ones. So not only was I stuck with a beer that was too big for what I wanted, but I also ended up paying more and honestly, I don’t even know why as person said only we don’t serve small regular caña only half-litre.
