Nevermind — Restaurant in Barcelona

Great bar with real character and then there are the people. It can be a mission to find as it is up a side street but worth the effort. Upon entering there is a curtain pass, once you do you'll enter a dark (atmospheric), vibrant, friendly bar. It is a good size and pretty popular - not particularly touristy. The drinks are reasonable and you can have free popcorn too but be aware you'll want to drink more and eat more popcorn (and drink more and eat more popcorn - you get the picture!). There are skateboards used as shelves behind the bar and music memorabilia about. The music is mainly grunge, rock and so on. We visited this bar 4 times while staying in Barcelona. It reminded us of home. If you like skate boarding and rock/grunge music this place is for you. Mixed drinks are 7 euros not during happy hour. Shots are 3 euros which is cheap. The environment reminds me of a dive bar. Bar is filled with young people. The drinks are held onto skateboards on the wall. The other seats are build into skate board ramps. There is also a lot of artsy paintings on the walls. The outside is quick to miss if you aren’t paying attention. A really cool bar. Great vibes inside and friendly bar staff. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the night ended badly with the door security man not letting us back inside after we had a 5 minutes cigarette break outside. The bar was clearly not too full (as he suggested) and also we saw a big group leave in the period we had a smoke. So we had to leave our drinks inside (which was expensive).
