The food was great! Our issue was with the service.

We had a reservation, we said our name and she looked at us like we weren't supposed to be there and acted like we didn’t have a reservation. We had to physically find our names on the their tablet for her to get the fact that we do have a reservation.

It then proceeded to take twenty minutes for us to even get any beverage from the waitress.

In the middle of ordering our meal she walked away midway through when some of us had not even ordered a plate of food. We had to call her back and she tried to argue with us about what we had ordered and said that we all had already ordered something.

Two of us had gotten our food and then it took an twenty extra minutes for the rest of us to get our food. We had to remind them that we had food ordered for those people.

Every time we spoke to our waitress she said nothing back. She wanted nothing to do with us.

After we had paid, we overheard our waitress poorly talking about us to another employee thinking we didn’t understand what she said.

Service was not super great. We read reviews in the middle of our dinner to see if this was unique experience and there are reviews dating back SEVERAL MONTHS about the service being similar to what we experienced and clearly nothing has changed. This restaurant is situated between high office buildings. The ambiance inside and outside and their plates are quite cute.

We were placed at the tables that were not underneath the outside roof so it was not at all cozy for us. Maybe we should have asked him to put us at other table.

Service: was terrible. When we walked in we waited for someone to approach us. We stood just in front of the little hallway. We were hushed back by the manager (there we almost no customers at that moment). This felt rude to us. It seemed like there was just the two managers and later on there came another waiter. Also a cleaner was still cleaning while we were eating and passed our table with with full plastic trashbags.

Menu: enough variety. For me personally, I dont like the QR code menu on the paper placemat. Thats ok I think for a pub. Entree course plates were not removed before main came. Than manager discussed with the waiter about this next to us. Assuming we dont speak Spanish. Had to light our own candle. Heared woman next to us ask them to light hers to, never happened.

Food: most was fine at best. Risotto was good. One friends main came almost 10 minutes later than ours.

Best thing maybe is how they handled the burned bottom pizza of my friend...

To Sum up our night over here: saw the restaurant on TikTok, looked Good so lets give it a shot. Biggest regret of our trip.

Although the drinks (bottle of wine) took some time, it was quite tasty. The food was also quite nice. But the service was very bad. I’ve never written a review before in my life so that should say something about how tragic it was.

The server (young, tall lady) had a severe attitude, seems like she doesn’t even wanna be there. Body language/way of speaking, seems like you’re talking to a wall. On top of that, we received food and didn’t even have cutlery. Nobody noticed so I had to walk inside and even than it took LOTS of effort before somebody finally brought cutlery. I’m defenitely not the only one who shares this experience, in the short time I was there lots of other guests asked for the check after just a drink and left.

So No attention at all for guests and horrendous...
