My husband walked around the neighborhood to find decent to go food. Came upon Galiza which had a decent looking menu, despite lower ratings. It was 93 today and the family was exhausted so we said let’s try it! Garlic shrimp- tasty but very small, and a bit overcooked Caesar salad- not what we received. Instead we had a mixed green salad with a few olives and tomatoes wedges drowning in a white sauce Breaded chicken hamburgesa- this is essentially a chicken katsu sandwich. Very dry. Came with fries, no ketchup Meatballs- these tasted fine, slightly creamy red sauce Gyoza- this might have been the best item!
Macaroni Carbonera- kids wanted Mac and cheese so we thought this would be close. what we received was neither macaroni nor Carbonera. It was spaghetti bolognese, with barely a red sauce (top of the pasta was barely pink) with some stringy looking ground beef and some “weird cheese that didn’t melt.
