This place was such a let down đđŒ Iâve been to many hotpot places across the world, and this is definitely one of the worst ones. Simply because the soup was flavorless. The sichuan mala soup was basically just spicy water, since I couldnât taste other herbs or seasonings. It was literally bland. How could you also have a bland pork broth soupđ i almost never use sauce to go with my hotpot normally, even in HDL, but this one i definitely just had to. And even then, the taste was still âmehâ. Honestly, they even charged us for EACH sauce. Like..? One plate of sauce cost like 3.5 eur and I find it amusing. In the end, we had to pay significant amount of money for something thats totally not worth it. The only good thing about the food is that the beef was good. I donât mind paying a lot for good food and this is definitely not the case haha. Thanks anyway, but i donât recommend and i wonât...

Por supuesto que en la carta ofrecen muchas carnes, verduras, pastas, tofus... mĂĄs acordes con los gustos de aquĂ, pero lo fantĂĄstico de este restaurante es que tambiĂ©n puedes disfrutar de algunas de las delicias mĂĄs valoradas en china como la sangre de pato, aorta de corazĂłn, intestinos, callos... yo tuve la suerte de comerlas en China y me fascinaron, asi que ha sido maravilloso poder volver a disfrutar de un AUTĂNTICO HUOGOU Hemos pedido dos caldos, uno muy picante, repleto de guindillas y pimientas de Sichaun (tiene un curioso sabor que adormece la lengua) es algo Ășnico, y un caldo de hueso de cerdo con setas. Los dos caseros. La casquerĂa estaba fresca y meticulosamente lĂmpia (como debe ser) y la carne de cordero y ternera cortada perfectamente para que se cociera en su punto. El trato del camarero que nos atendiĂł ha sido excelente, en todo momento nos ha aconsejado cuando teniamos dudas sobre la cocciĂłn de algĂșn ingrediente.
