El Patio - Desayunos Brunch & Breakfast — Restaurant in Cádiz

Very good food and poor service at the same time. You cannot share your food (breakfast) with your kids (you cannnot order extra dish neither despite the fact there is such option in the menu) according to their rules. I had to order whole breakfast menu for my daughter so she can eat there. Of course she left half of it (as it is two dish portion). They preferred to though the half of good food then to accept the smaller order because of the rules.

And yes - during making an order they informed us we cannot order smaller portion and I cannot give my daughter part of my food. So...

Indeed the BEST BREAKFAST in CÁDIZ!!

Both mornings in Cádiz I ate here. Incredible value for money. The food is wonderful. The menu is a simple but amazing variation of options. The environment is very beautiful and the service was exceptional. Great coffee. Great food. Great experience.

€15 for delicious avocado, tomato and large multigrain toast. Freshly made granola bowl with mixed fruit and delicious yogurt. Wonderful coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juice.

If you have lots of time, the perfect place. If not, avoid it. But from the start: The food was very delicious in a good way, not too fancy, just as it has to be. The portions were decent. It is a lovely courtyard with a relaxing ambiance. The price of 15 Euro p.p. were appropriate. But we had to wait almost around 50 minutes for the first course, consisting of simple toasted bread and some spread on it. And we were not the only one. Maybe the kitchen was missing some staff on short notice, but then it would be appropriate...
