Cortana Madrid — Local services in Madrid

I bought my wedding dress from Cortana and what can I say except how wonderful of an experience it was? I fell in love with the brand from afar (San Francisco!) and visited Madrid on a trip to Europe to finally get a chance to try their beautiful wedding dresses on.

First off, their store is simply beautiful. Every detail is thought out perfectly and… when you go upstairs to the bridal area you never want to leave. It feels like you have entered the gates of heaven!

Carol helped me during my first visit and was so incredibly kind and lovely. She was so patient with me, gave me as much time as I needed, and genuinely put in so much love into her work. I ended up purchasing a dress that was completely different from what I had expected to buy, but it was just perfect for me!

As the dress was getting made, Carol kept me updated via WhatsApp and once it was ready she messaged me to arrange a time for me to come to try it on, complete any alterations, and then take it home with me. Since I was coming from the US to do this she was very flexible and assured me that everything could be done within a 6 day trip.

I came back 6 months later to try on the finished dress. I tried it on over two days, once with Bea (who is also fantastic, fun, and so kind as well) and once with Carol. To my surprise, there were absolutely no alterations needed! I have never heard of anyone having their wedding dress measurements taken so perfectly taken that not a single alteration was needed! (They would have completed any alterations for free if they were needed though.)

Overall such an amazing experience. This store and the beautiful women who work there made the experience of finding and buying my wedding dress simply perfect. I cannot recommend...

Wanted to visit Cortana on a weekend trip from London as had seen their bridal designs online and liked the style of the brand. Caroline made an exception for me as they usually don't do bridal appointments on Saturdays but as I was travelling she was super kind. Our visit was magical, the upstairs floors felt like a secret wonderland of beautiful and thoughtful designs. Had the absolute best experience choosing my wedding dress at Cortana. From the very first day, the whole team was super accommodating and professional.
