BEE BEER Chueca | Craft Beer Bar y Catas — Restaurant in Madrid

We've lived in Madrid for almost 2 months and this is by far our FAVORITE place! We love craft beer and Madrid has a decent selection of craft beer spots, but this place suits us the best. Very friendly owners that speak excellent English and are willing to help in any way! The atmosphere is relaxing and just a great place to enjoy great beer and meet beer fans from around the world, many of them English speaking. There are 7 beers on tap, always rotating, but they make sure there is something for all styles available. If you don't like what's on tap, there is an excellent cold bottle/can selection. I am more of an IPA fan and there has been a consistently new selection of bottles to choose from.

I was not expecting a place like this located in center. Off course i enjoy seating in terrace and having loud conversations but when it comes to drinking good beer i just want to enjoy the beer. This places serves that kind of ambience, its cozy and dark which is perfect for craft lovers, where you don’t find the crowd and just enjoy the beer with some good music. They have wide variety of beers on tap and in bottles, they also have some unique combinations like chocolate ale or fruit ale to which one can give a shot. Nice place to grab a beer in the afternoon. Staff were nice, even though they seemed a bit bored - I can’t blame them really, we went at around 4pm where business was really slow (it was us 2 and another couple in total), I’m sure I’d pick up speed later in the evening. Although I wasn’t particularly in love with the beer I ordered, I could appreciate that it was good quality, just not a perfect match for me.
