Cafetería Óskar — Restaurant in Madrid

This a horrible place that you should avoid. The food that came out was oily. They seem to make it a habit to carry their waste bins through the restaurant and to add insult to injury, they let a group of annoying drunkards in, which were so obnoxious that they gathered the whole attention of the rest of the customers sitting there. They even proceeded to make racial slurs to the staff behind their back. One of them almost knocked off the basket of bread from our table and the alcohol stench coming from him an their table was unpleasant. While you might encounter this situation in a pub or disco. Those places have security to protect customers and staff. So, we decided to leave, frustrated with the little and poor food we tasted and with the whole situation. We wil never set a foot...

Food was alright, very typical burgers and chicken burgers. However, something really odd happened , I checked the prices on the menu and each burgers was about 7 euros plus we ordered sangria. The bill from the register machine had the value I expected 25 euros. However, the waiter scratched over thr total and hand wrote 46 euros in its side. When I asked about it, I was told it was a service charge, but we talking about 50% difference. Felt like a scamm, felt like a rip off. Would come back for the food, but not for...

La pésima atención, educación y actitud del camarero "Moha o Moja" hace que sitios clásicos desaparezcan. Luego nos quejamos de que no quedan sitios como antes ,es que para que me atienda un camarero rancio y me trate mal no vuelvo.

Tuve la osadía de ir dos días seguidos y sus malas formas del primer día las pasé por alto, pensé todos tenemos un mal día, pero no, es que él es así...

Por temas personales tuve que desayunar con prisa y al pedirle todo; el desayuno, la bebida,la cuenta, y no reírle las gracias de porque tanta prisa ,me suelta si tenemos prisas te levantas más temprano e hizo un comentario rancio de señoro, ¡¡sabrá él a qué hora me levanté o si he dormido siquiera!!!! Repito, un mal día lo tiene cualquiera y lo pasé.

Pero al otro día vuelvo ,me siento en la terraza y le pido un sándwich y le digo que no estoy muy segura del nombre pero que creo que es el vegetal que lleva... No me dejó terminar la frase y me suelta, mejor te traigo la carta porque para que me lo pidas mal , mejor te la lees!!! Me quedé a cuadros!! Así que mejor me metí para que no me atendiese y cada que entraba con una nueva orden de la terraza a gritos hablaba mal de la gente que se sentaba, que si no se enteran, que si no voy hasta se aclaren ( de diferentes mesas) eso sí,el momento piti, no lo perdona, fue un alivio verlo irse...

Una cosa es ser un sitio clásico y " de los de antes" y otra volver a la época de...
