⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cantina Canalla on 1st January! Our waitress, Aisha, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, with a bubbly personality that made our visit all the more enjoyable. 😊Her cheerful and attentive service was especially appreciated on New Year’s Day.

Aisha went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience, guiding us through the menu with her excellent recommendations. Since I don’t eat pork, she helped me select delicious dishes like the Nachos with Guacamole and the Tinga de Pollo (shredded chicken with tomato, onion, and a slightly spicy touch), both of which were bursting with flavour. At the same time, she expertly helped my wife, who enjoys pork, choose flavourful and wholesome options like the Carnitas (pork confit with cilantro and chopped onion).

Her knowledge of the menu and attention to our dietary preferences were incredibly helpful, especially since we aren’t very familiar with Mexican cuisine. On top of that, Aisha’s excellent English made communication effortless, as we don’t speak much Spanish.

I first visited Cantina Canalla back in May 2024 and absolutely loved it — the lively atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service left a lasting impression. Coming back now for my second visit, I’m happy to say it’s just as amazing, if not better!

The dishes are full of flavor and beautifully presented, the cocktails are perfectly balanced, and the staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The vibe is energetic yet cozy, making it a perfect spot whether you’re with friends or on a date.

It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistency and quality, but Cantina Canalla does exactly that. I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite spots in Madrid — I’ll definitely be coming back again! . . .

Maybe the best restaurant i have tried so far serving mexican food. Great atmosphere and good reception. Wide choice of food and drinks. Food is perfectly served with a great taste and a good amount. Beer is tasy. Prices are affordable. Service is fast and good and food is fresh and warm as expected and more. The ambience with decor and setup and music is just perfect.
