We went there for lunch and whilst the pulled pork empanadas and mozzarella sticks were great, the chicken tenders were massively overcooked. The main issue though was the meat. It looked dry to the bone when it arrived. It was nearly impossible to cut into and I literally could not chew it, so I left the entire thing. The waiter never checked on us during the meal so finally when they came to clear our plates I said to the new waitress that the meat was too tough to eat , and I demonstrated how tough it was to cut. She still tried to charge for the meat which took me by surprise. I said I did not have the meat and I explained it was inedible. She went to her manager and returned and said you can order a new one. I explained I would have but there was not waiter in sight and no one came to our table during the meal. She said you can order one now, but unfortunately we had to leave as we have a tour booked. The interaction with the waitress, whilst it was not horrendous, and she was just following the manager’s instructions, it was uncomfortable. In the end she took it off the bill. I think the kitchen had an off day but honestly, I know meat, and what they served us should have never been served. Also, if someone has not eaten the steak, they should not be asked to pay for it. Wow, Steak Burger in Madrid completely hit the spot for my lunch with the girls! The kids devoured their juicy steak and couldn’t stop raving about the perfectly crispy fries—no sogginess in sight, just golden perfection. I opted for the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in Madrid. Crisp romaine, the right amount of shaved Parmesan, crunchy breadcrumbs, and the dressing on the side just how I like it—light, flavorful, and balanced.

A special shoutout for the blistered Shishito peppers—simple, smoky, and the ideal little nibble to share. And the lemonade? Spot on. Just tart enough, with crushed ice that made it extra refreshing on a warm day.

But what truly elevated the experience was the service. Rolando and Nicole were phenomenal—kind, attentive, and beyond accommodating. They customized everything to our exact preferences with genuine warmth that made us feel right at home.

Starters were really good, had the mozzarella sticks and the wings! The issue I had was that 2 of the burgers that my group ordered were severely undercooked. One was "well done" and the other "medium". The well done one was very pink in the middle - close to medium rare, while the medium burger we ordered was very rare in the middle. I didn't want to create a fuss, but just wanted their staff aware of the issue as we had already ate a decent portion of the burgers until it seems to rare for us.
