The environment is warm and cosy, though the seating could be more comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain their products and offer recommendations, which I appreciated. I tried the cheesecake-filled cookie, and it was absolutely delicious – a real highlight. Being adventurous, I also opted for the iced coffee with orange juice. Unfortunately, it wasn’t to my taste, and I wouldn't personally recommend it, but everyone's preferences are different. This place is incredible! My friend and I tried this fantastic restaurant our first day in Madrid. You cannot go wrong with anything you order, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful whether you speak English or Spanish. The food is next level and the drinks are the same. Definitely try a Spanish tortilla (omelette) and some of their amazing cheesecakes. The classic and carbonara are out of this world. Their pistachio and orange cheesecakes gave me a heavenly experience. I would recommend this place to anyone...

Había ido ya otro día al local de Antón Martín donde mi experiencia fue espantosa, pero todo el mundo habla tan bien de este sitio que decidí darle una segunda oportunidad en este otro local con mucha mejor pinta. En efecto, mi experiencia fue mejor, aunque tampoco fantástica. El local es mono, aunque pequeño, no es fácil coger mesa y son todas altas, que no es lo más cómodo, pero bueno. Pedimos una tarta de kinder y una cheesecookie de lotus. La tarta está bien pero no es nada del otro mundo. La cheesecookie está buena, sabe bastante a lotus. Pedimos por último un batido de cheesecake de oreo que no nos gustó. Cuando pides un batido es porque buscas algo refrescante... no fue lo que ocurrió, meten directamente a triturar un trozo de tarta y como no le echan nada fresquito, el resultado es un batido caliente. Por si fuera poco, como el vaso era alto y las pajitas demasiado cortas, a la que te descuidas se te hunde la pajita en el batido, nada agradable. Para ser un sitio donde ofecen batidos, creo que deberían disponer de utensilios acorde a la vajilla que tienen. Mi opinión general sobre la comida es que todo lo que pedimos me resultó demasiado empalagoso. Soy una persona que le gusta mucho el dulce y no es fácil que algo me empalague, sin embargo todo lo que pedí en este sitio me pareció demasiado pesado y empalagoso, y eso que era todo para compartir.
